After the ecstasy, the laundry

after the ecstasy, the laundry – by jack kornfield

I’ve read this book 3 times and get something different out of it each time. It speaks to me directly.

Jack is an author and buddhist teacher. While I am not aligned with any religion whatsoever, I do strongly believe that part of managing our mental health can be heavily entwined with the meaning we assign to thoughts, beliefs, experiences and life.

This book is poetically written and uses all religions, philosophies, psychology to discuss how we can let go of discomfort and get through each day.
